It's really a few hours project but the series of my diy posts will be called as mentioned. It's really fun wall décor/ statement banner so popular on pinterest lately. But, I will be using paper instead of fabric, just because it's quicker. I love a good banner, but what I don't like is the motivational sentences on it; be happy, dream big;it just annoys me. So I decided to make mines dedicated to my son's.

plants and update
It's been a while since I've written anything here. THIS will change, I promise. Recently I've taken too much on myself. Having two blogs, facebook page, new collection to draw and print and a commission for an illustration project that You'll hear about very soon was a bit much. All of these plus a double mothering forced me to abandon the virtual side of the brand. That's why I've decided to close down my other blog (www.ohantek.blogspot.com) that was created mostly for my parents to keep them up to date with the kiddos.
So, to make things going here I will have few regular posts such as Illustration inspiration, personal pictures, work progress, interviews and casual healthy meals recipe. How does it sounds?
On the other note I am obsessed with gardening at the moment. All I needed was few sunny days, and although it's cold again, I'm hooked. I'm a beginner tho. Since I left the house with a big garden in national park as a child, I lived in flats in UK for years and recently we moved to a flat with a backyard and I want to make all nice for the kids with some greens and space to eat outside. The space isn't big but I have lots of ideas and I need to say that digging in the soil give me huge satisfaction.
On that note I'll give You a hint that the new collection will consist of plants. I'm thinking: ferns, philodendrons like cheeseplants and such. Beauties!

2014/2015
2014 was good. The beginning of the year brought the arrival of my second son Vincenty, also known as Vini, Viniol, Vitek, Vinyl. He is a darling. My other darling started school in September which was super hard for a non english speaking kid. He was a bit of an outsider at first plus settling in and the idea of being apart wasn't appearing to him. Now he loves it and starting to speak both languages. Win.
In 2014 I discovered Azaelia Banks. These days I'm not up to date with music but she will definitely make me dance. Music wise I also discovered FKA Twigs. Not entirely my cup of tea but I like the concept and it's a plesure to watch her dance moves. My other faves of 2014 include Frances Ha. I found a bit of myself in her and definitely a sectional view of our generation. I watched it like at least 3 times now. I also liked Portlandia, a late back, relaxing series about all the hipsterism and todays society told in Monty Python kind a way. Perfect for lonely evenings when kiddos are in bed.
In 2014 I started NEONbubu as a kids and adult clothing brand. It is still in an embryo stage as it's difficult to organise myself with the kiddos and so it's growing slowly but steady. I have lots of new ideas and starting drawing for summer collection. Really excited for 2015. I'm making plans for this year not only work related. I have some resolutions regarding mine and my family health and well being. Staying fit and healthy is our main goal. Vini will turn ONE in a few weeks time, then is my birthday. This spring/summer I want to start gardening and have few raised beds with vegetables on. I need/want to draw more and do more prints for the shop. Oh, by the way, this reminds me of a 2015 diary. If You haven't got yourself one yet, get Wor Diary 2015 with my ilustration for one week of December.
Happy New YEAR! Here is to more dancing, more efficiency, more creativity, staying healthy and keeping fit. Remember kids, eat your vegetables or even grow them!

Announcements
New things will be available in the shop soon. This unisex and uni-size scarf (one fits all: I wear it, my 9month old wears it and my 3 year old wears it), new tops for children and adults with forrest trees and foxes (need to take some proper pictures) and... CHRISTMAS cards. Finally Im getting my head around the illustration too. It is important thing in my life so I'm glad I'll be able to sell it again. I'll start with some of my old designs and Christmas stuff, but just produced some fun new illustrations too. Can't wait to share it!

blankets
I could easily fall in love in that kind of autumn! I mean, I loved autumn, but since I've got two kids, and since one of them goes to school, and since germs spreads way too quickly, I kind of love it a bit less. Yeah, Antek catched some flu on his 2nd week of school, so we're all been felling worst these days. Everyone apart from me! I'm the head of this house nowadays, can't afford to be ill. September was super hectic because of that, october seems to be flying by too.
The blanket season is just round the corner (or here already for some). I have made some plain colours and also some funky RGB (RedGreenBlue) blankets for babies. We only took shots of red and RGB on this occasion but different colours are available, just go to the SHOP or e-mail me at agatamariazyta@gmail.com. ALSO. I made this double sided mushroom jacket and scarf (see pictures). The jacket meant to be for school (royal blue) but I wanted it to be a bit funky, so mushroom side for the weekends! Both are not in the shop since I made especially for him and the scarf is a trial, but if You would like one alike e-mail me.
Hope You're having a nice weekend. We had a lazy saturday and planning to go to the cinema with the kiddos tomorrow.

NEONbubu for BIG boys and girls
I've made something for mommies and daddies! For now just the batwing top and a pencil skirt for women and t-shirts for men but there is plan to do more things. I'm working on a new design. It will be still forrest and autumn related, something with ears and tail... :) Not sure if this design will work with adults clothing too, as was aiming for the lil' ones... In plans a proper photoshoot in the woods. Waiting to hear from the photographer (my brother), he's just so busy I've been waiting few days for return call... Soon hopefully... I am patient...

September is so super busy for us! Flying by! Antek has started nursery and the settling is not going so well. The youngest started to walk this week, which I'm both not so happy and proud about it. Means the end of the baby stage...noooo! Wish I could stop the time...
